Spend some time thinking about how often you multitask throughout the day.

Think about a write some answers down to the following questions... This exercise helps turn on what we call 'Self-Awareness'. Becoming aware of your habits in relation to multitasking helps you gather the correct information that you need to either improve your current habits or form new ones! We can't fix what we can't see so.... Without awareness of the problem, we can't fix the problem!

Now that you've gathered some information, ask yourself what am I doing well and what could I be improving upon as it concerns multitasking and focusing?
