These challenges take TIME. Do not try and change everything all at once. Pick the one challenge you are most likely to succeed with and stick with it for at least a week. Once you're able to do that, add another challenge on top of the previous one. After you master both of those add the next. This allows you to slowly develop habits and lifestyle changes that you no longer have to think about, you'll just naturally do them!
