Each section will have two levels. A is for advanced and B is for Beginner. Don't do advanced if you are not efficient at the movement and will not be able to keep good form. If you need to do a combination of both thats fine too! As always, I am a message away if you have questions. But the point is to do what works best for YOU! If you want to work towards option A that is a great goal!
